IDN is a networking group for small business owners within the independant video games industry, focused on knowledge sharing across shared topics of interest, including:

Resource / skills sharing, collabouration & networking
Business set up and operation
Legal and financial tools and tips
Game dev pipelines eg Version control, build handling, etc
New developments in games art and tech
Industry news

All indie business owners are welcome, with the following requirements:

Must be in business and registered with companies house or officially recognised as a business
Must be actively involved in indie game development or plugins / tools development
Must have at least 3 years of games industry experience prior to starting the business

We are non-profit, but membership requires a very small annual fee of around £20 yearly to cover the cost of your wiki account.
